After graduating from UND law school, Mark practiced at a large Fargo law firm for 10 years, where he gained experience in a variety of civil litigation issues.. Community Involvement. Mark is also dedicated to helping others in his community. He is the current Dean of Counselors for American Legion North Dakota Boys’ State, where he has been a staff member for more than 20 years. He is also an active member and past president of the Fargo Lions Club. Mark has been a member of the Cass County Bar Association since being called to the bar..
