I concentrate in personal and small business bankruptcies, but also provides services in drafting wills, healthcare directives, powers of attorney for financial decisions, probate, and guardianship & conservatorships.. I provide a free initial telephone consultation regarding any of my practice areas. For bankruptcies and basic estate planning, I am usually able to offer a flat fee quote in the initial telephone consultation. And, I am usually able to provide an estimate of the cost of hourly fee legal services (i.e., probates).
