Michael Beede Bio
The Law Office of Mike Beede, PLLC is a boutique law firm that has, since its inception in 2014, represented the interests of real estate investors and business professionals in district court litigation, Nevada Supreme Court appeals, and business disputes and transactions. Prior to his work as an attorney, Mr. Beede spent five years working directly with multi-billion-dollar banking organizations in creating and growing their wealth management business groups. Mr. Beede has also worked with professional real estate investors in acquiring, rehabilitating, and reselling foreclosed homes. Mr. Beede has litigated in excess of 450 real estate disputes in Nevada. The firm has obtained favorable results at every level of Nevada’s judicial system, including arguing before the Supreme Court en banc. The Law Office of Mike Beede, PLLC serves the needs of a variety of clients and continues to do so in the face of changing legal standards in Nevada.
