As a former prosecutor I am familiar with the strategies and tactics used by law enforcement and prosecutors, and know all too well how these practices can steamroll those accused of crimes. I am a lifelong resident and native of the Grand Rapids area. After high school, I joined the United States Marine Corps where I served in the infantry and took part in several combat deployments. While serving in the Marines, I also attended Grand Valley State University. Following my graduation from MSU College of Law in 2012 I served as an assistant prosecutor in Kalkaska County where I gained experience in conducting trials and handling a variety of criminal matters. In 2015 I returned to Grand Rapids and now focus primarily on criminal defense and litigation defense
