Robert F. From there, he clerked with the Hon. Horace W. Gilmore, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. After working for the court, Mr. Mirque joined a large law firm where he represented both individuals and businesses in immigration matters.. In 2000, Mr. Mirque left the firm to establish his own firm. Mirque Law was created to provide the immigration client with “a better legal experience”. In doing so, the firm adopted a “client centered” approach to handling cases.
