Beau is a local to the Tri-City Area. He grew up working for his father at Ruff’s Giant Burgers. He graduated from Kamiakin High School and attended Gonzaga where he obtained both his bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree. After graduating law school, Beau entered the U.S. Army as an attorney in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He served for four years, including a year-long tour to Iraq for which he was awarded the Bronze Star. In addition to his service as a military prosecutor in the Army, Beau also focused his talents in providing estate planning for soldiers, retirees, and families.. After leaving the active duty military, Beau obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Washington, allowing him to incorporate specific tax advice into his estate and business planning practice.. Beau continues to serve in the military as a Major in the Army Reserve. He enjoys assisting his clients with their personal and professional financial affairs. He is passionate in his practice of preserving wealth and offering creative solutions to estate and business planning problems.. Beau has also been a Continuing Legal Education instructor for the Washington State Bar Association on several occasions and is regularly a speaker for various professional organizations as well as the quarterly End of Life seminar sponsored by the Kadlec Foundation. His presentations focus on estate planning, probate, trusts, and business and family succession planning.. Beau is married and has one son.
