About William Nolan
I am a charter member of the Alabama State Bar's Elder Law bar section. I don't practice divorce or criminal defense or bankruptcy or real estate closings or immigration law. All I do, every day, is work with seniors and their adult children, to give them all peace of mind that all the dangers that might lie ahead have been addressed. We have a full-time Social Worker on our team too, and her job is to take care of our clients whenever they have a non-legal need arise. Many of our clients have children who have moved away and they have no close family to help them. My Social Worker becomes their surrogate daughter- taking them to the doctor's appointments, helping them balance their checkbook, supervising sitters and arranging regular Facetime calls with the kids, wherever they might be. Just a little something extra we provide our clients.

“As a bankruptcy and consumer protection attorney in Alabama, I often have clients who have some sort of elder law, estate planning or probate issue. Whenever that happens I always call Bill; he always knows the answers to my questions.”
