Our firm's focus on Estate Planning includes but is not limited to drafting, modifying and administering (or helping others administer) powers of attorney and other advance directives, wills, trusts, and assisting in business succession planning.. Our firm's focus on Real Estate law includes real estate business planning, representing residential and commercial landlords in evictions, preparation and review of cognovit notes, deed preparation and review, drafting and reviewing real estate purchase agreements and leases, easement and boundary disputes and real estate litigation. We also assist in foreclosure defense.
