About Marc Licata
Attorney Mark Licata was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. Before founding Licata Bankruptcy Firm PC, Mark earned his law degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. While in school, Mark clerked for a Kansas City bankruptcy firm and completed an internship with the Chief Bankruptcy Judge. He has devoted himself to helping individuals and businesses navigate bankruptcy since his graduation. Mark has individually represented over 5,000 individuals and businesses with their bankruptcy filings and has handled bankruptcy litigation in the 8th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Court. He has also previously served on the Western District of Missouri’s Attorney Advisory Committee. Mark is proud to continue to help individuals and businesses overcome financial difficulties through his firm and is a proud husband and father to two children.
