T. Nicholas Goanos is an Associate at Butler Pappas. At Butler Pappas, Nicholas continues this practice today. Further, Nicholas has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants in State and Federal Courts in numerous non-coverage matters, including those involving trade secrets, breaches of fiduciary duty, municipal law, and employment disputes. Nicholas is a member of the Bars of the States of North Carolina and Illinois and is a member of the Bars of the Eastern District of Michigan, Northern District of Illinois, and Central District of Illinois. Nicholas received his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2006. Prior to earning his Juris Doctorate, Nicholas earned his Bachelor's of Science, with honors, in 2001 from Presbyterian College, before interning for former Senator and Presidential candidate Ernest F. Hollings and earning an International Rotary Club Ambassadorial Scholarship.
