My office is conveniently located in the City of Birmingham just off of Highway I-65, Exit 254. We have Spanish speaking secretary in office. I care too much about my clients and they are my priorities. I practice the areas of Immigration, Family, Personal Injuries and Criminal Law.

Mr. Bell has been serving the community for the past fourty-five (45+) years, working with diverse youth and young adults in a variety of sports as an instructor, coach, commissioner, and tournament director for baseball, volleyball, & basketball. Mr. Bell has enjoyed serving with Greater Birmingham Habitat for Humanity;  First Light Women’s Shelter;  Boy Scouts of America;Arthritis Foundation; National Multiple Sclerosis Society (Alabama/Mississippi Chapter);  Birmingham Bearcats AAU Basketball program (Co-Founder); Central Park Christian School; Forestdale Presbyterian Church; First Presbyterian Church; South Highlands Presbyterian Church; and HICA!, among others.. Mr. Bell attended Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, B.S. School of Arts & Science in 1978; Vanderbilt Divinity School, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, M. Div. in 1982; and also attended Cumberland School of Law,  Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama, J.D. in 1991.. He served in the federal sector at the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Alabama from 1992-2013 and later founded The Law Office of John Charles Bell, L.L.C. in June of 2014.. Mr. Bell has been an ordained minister in the Christain Church (Disciples of Christ) since 1982 and continues his ministry in his everyday life. Mr. Bell has lead many workshops in seminars in various areas, mainly involving issues in leadership, youth, and immigration.

J.D. is experienced in representing clients from all over the world in matters of adjustment of  status, family based immigration, asylum, and removal/deportation  proceedings.  J.D. is dedicated to practice all aspects of immigration law with a focus on family based, business related, deportation, and appeals.

I grew up in Germany and came to the U.S. in 1984, from Munich, Germany.  My husband joined the faculty of UAB medical school.  My children were five and eight years old when we came.  They have successfully masterd the schools and acquired a phD and/or Master's Degree from Georgia Tech.. I canhelp in many cases, since I am an immigrant myself and I practice and tought international/immigration law at the Birmingham Schoool of Law. I have a very good idea of the anxiety and stress many of the foreign nationals experience.. They suffer under our restrictive and very complicated immigration laws.  They themselves and their extended families will appreciate some insight into this maze.  In many cases I am able to help these individuals.. I am handling family based applications, naturalizations, appeals, problems with small criminal issues, dueal citizenship applications for Germans, L, E and HaB visa applications for business.

I am the Founder and Managing Member of The Xenos Law Firm, PLC.  My fees and expenses are significantly lower than those charged by
other attorneys who do similar work, because my operations do away with
multi-tiered staffing and high overhead that burden traditional law
firms.  I enjoy close referral relationships with accountants,
appraisers, valuation experts, investigators, and other professionals in
many fields, whom I call upon as needed to meet the specialized needs
of my clients.. Unlike large law firms where work often funnels down to
inexperienced associates, I am personally
involved in every client matter. This means that regardless of

not to bill by the hour.  I am usually compensated for my
services by flat fee, contingency fee, or other fee arrangement that

I am an Alabama native and big Braves fan!. After growing up in the Montgomery, AL area, I had the opportunity to live in Mexico for 2 years. While I was there, I learned about the culture, the people and also how to speak Spanish. This experience was influential in me pursuing immigration law. Since graduating from the University of Alabama with my Juris Doctorate in 2010, I have almost exclusively worked in immigration law. By keeping my focus on immigration law, I am able to fine tune my skills for my clients. I have been able to help clients all over the world with their immigration needs.

From a young age, Jeremy Love has been passionate about helping those in need. During his legal career, he has volunteered at Legal Services Alabama, World Jurist Association, Latin American Association and the International Institute of Rhode Island.  At the Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama (HICA), he assisted low-income members of the immigrant community by conducting consultations, filing immigration applications and conducting legal clinics around the state.  Mr. Love returned to private practice in 2012 and formed The Love Law Firm, LLC, where he focuses his practice around immigration.  Mr. Love has also served on the board of directors at the Birmingham Volunteer Lawyers Program.  He was recently featured in B-Metro Magazine's "Stars of the Bar" special report as a "young attorney on the rise."
