While attending the University of Kansas School of Law, Eric served as a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. He also provided legal assistance to indigent clients in the areas of municipal criminal defense, juvenile adjudications, and domestic relations through the Douglas County Legal Aid Society.

Pam Saenz is an associate attorney at the firm, focusing primarily on civil litigation. Pam earned her Juris Doctor with honors from Washburn University School of Law and received a certificate in Law and Government. During law school, she took on leadership roles in the Hispanic American Law Students Association and the Genders and Sexualities Alliance. She was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, where her love of litigation cemented itself. Pam further developed her legal and practical skills through internships that spanned a variety of fields, including work with the Kansas legislature, representation of indigent clients in immigration matters, and research on international cultural preservation efforts.. Before attending law school, Pam graduated from Wichita State University with double majors in International Studies and Spanish. While at WSU, she served as president of her women’s fraternity and as a student ambassador for the university. Pam is fluent in Spanish and brings a global perspective to her legal practice.

Ms. Wetta is a trial lawyer who represents clients in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal court. She is a member of the firm’s General Litigation practice group and her regular practice areas include insurance defense, contract disputes, creditors’ rights, torts, and employment litigation. Ms. Wetta has also represented clients in front of various regulatory agencies, including the State Farm Service Agency. She is an active member of the state and local bars, as well as the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel.

Mr. Grillot represents clients in all aspects of the bankruptcy process, including complex business transactions, tax issues, secured transactions, and all other aspects of the debtor-creditor relationship impacted by the bankruptcy process. Mr. Grillot represents debtors, Debtor-in-Possession, and creditors in the bankruptcy process in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases, with a particular focus and expertise in complex Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases.. Mr. Grillot also represents clients in complex civil litigation involving foreclosures, commercial transactions, collections, the Kansas Consumer Protection Act, the Kansas Credit Services Organization Act, and issues related to construction defects. Mr. Gorney is a Wichita native. Originally a professional journalist, he successfully translated those reporting skills into effectively trial advocacy skills to articulate his client's stories in court. He firmly believes the first step in resolving any case is by listening carefully to truly understand what is at issue. Mr. Gorney learned the value of hard work, commitment, and loyalty from his family. Having spent more than five years as a criminal defense practitioner, he learned the practice of law requires meticulous, detailed work to achieve positive results. As such, he melds thorough preparation with zealous courtroom advocacy when representing clients.. Mr. Gorney is baseball fan who can often be found watching his favorite team, the Kansas City Royals. He is also a proud member of the Delta Chi Fraternity which he joined as an undergraduate at Kansas State University and remains actively involved with in numerous ways at the local, regional, and international levels.

I have served on the board of directors for the Wichita Symphony Society for over 25 years.  I am also an active Rotarian, having served as club president of one of the largest and oldest clubs in the world.

I earned my undergraduate degree from the Kansas State University and my law degree from University of Kansas School of Law. While at KU, I served as Research Assistant to Associate Dean Christopher Drahozal and had the honor of serving as a clerk for the Honorable Melissa T. Standridge, Kansas Court of Appeals.  I graduated from the University of Kasnas in 2017. I joined Fleeson, Gooing, Coulson & Kitch in 2017 and practice primarily in the area of civil litigation.  I am a member of the Wichita Bar Association and the Kansas Bar Association.

I am a partner with the law firm of Foulston Siefkin LLP.  I received mys B.S. degree from Wichita State University in 1982 and J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1985 where I was Order of the Coif and an editor for the Kansas Law Review. my practice emphasizes business and commercial litigation.  I have represented clients in a wide variety of contract disputes, creditors’ rights/bankruptcy, UCC litigation, products liability, construction disputes, accounting malpractice, oil and gas measurement, property tax valuations, and cattle and feedlot related disputes. I also serve as General Counsel for Foulston Siefkin and Chair of the firm’s internal ethics committee.  I have also been a member of the Wichita Bar Association Ethics and Grievance Committee since 1996 and has chaired that committee since July 2008.
