I lead our Immigration Practice Group.  My education has taken place literally worldwide and from coast to coast.  I obtained my law degree in South Africa and am licensed by the State Bar of California and State Bar of Texas.   As an immigrant myself and the former chair of the immigration practice of the Dallas office of a large international law firm, I understand what a critical and life-changing decision it is moving family or employees to the United States.   I focus on both family and corporate based immigration representing athletes, spouses, authors, individuals and fortune 500 corporations with their immigrant and non immigrant visa needs.  My dedication and efficiency enables me to manage my busy life as a lawyer, wife and parent of two active children.

I am board certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.. My commercial real estate experience includes representation of property owners, developers and lenders in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of both improved and unimproved real property.  My experience in residential real estate includes, among other things, the formation, management and operation of homeowner's associations and condominium associations, as well as the representation of builders and homeowners in the construction of custom homes.  I have also successfuly represented clients in the acquisition, financing and disposition of improved and unimproved properties throughout the United States, as well as Mexico and abroad.. I am also a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Plano Metro Rotary Club. I have previously served as President of the Plano Metro Rotary Club and the Springhill Estates Homeowner's Assocation.  I was born in Mesquite, Texas in 1962, and presently reside in Parker, Texas.

I am a native of Ukraine, finished high school in Skokie, IL. Then attended the University of Texas at Dallas where I have received Bachelor of Business Administration, and then Thomas M. Cooley Law School where I have received my J.D. Degree. I have been an operations manager of a mortgage brokerage, an escrow officer for a title company, and a successful real estate and business entrepreneur. My real life experience and prospective brings a fresh view to my legal practice concentrates on elder law, estate planning, business law, bankruptcy, and real estate law.
