Brendan O’Reilly founded The Lawyers O’Reilly PC in 2019. A third-generation lawyer and fourth-generation New Mexican, Brendan is extremely knowledgeable about and dedicated to his community and his profession. Though he likes to joke around and rarely takes himself seriously, Brendan takes his job and the people he helps very seriously and genuinely strives to help as many people as he can. He always offers honest and easy to understand legal guidance and effective representation to make clients’ legal experiences as painless as possible. Before becoming an attorney, Brendan worked in and around Little Rock as a journalist. He returned to his home state to attend law school at the University of New Mexico where he received his Juris Doctor in 2007.

Brandon officially joined the Albuquerque office of McCoy Leavitt Laskey LLC in October 2017 as a lawyer, but he clerked with the firm intermittently since the summer of 2015. He graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in May 2017, where he served as the Executive Editor of the Journal of the Legal Profession, a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board, and the Vice President of the Student Bar Association. He obtained his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the University of New Mexico College where he was a double major in environmental science and communications. He is admitted to practice in New Mexico federal and state courts.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I have dedicated my career to helping people hurt by institutional neglect and abuse.  At the Harvey, Foote & Baker Law Firm, I have spent the past 18 years holding elder care facilities accountable for the harm they have caused.

Bill Sutherland is an attorney committed to providing exceptional counsel based on thorough knowledge of the law, personal service, and a determination to obtain the best possible outcome for every client he represents. Bill graduated from Western Michigan University, earned his law degree at Northern Illinois University, and obtained his LLM degree from the University of Denver College of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Mexico, Texas, and Michigan, with Arizona admission pending. Bill is an active member of numerous legal and professional organizations, including each state's bar association where he is admitted to practice, the American Corporate Counsel Association, the New Mexico Solar Energy Association, and the Texas Renewable Energy Industries Association.
