James W. After twelve years as an assistant prosecutor with the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office, the last seven years working as a Major Crimes Prosecutor, I left the office and went into private practice.  I spent two years running my own firm, law Offices of Mark S. Bilkovic, and from 2006-2011, I worked at Fried Saperstein Abbatt in Southfield where I was the head of the criminal litagation section..
