I only handle criminal cases. My practice focuses on DUI cases. I do my best to treat each client in the same manner that I would want to be treated. I give all clients my cell phone number and will return all phone calls, emails, and texts. I know that a criminal charge can bring a ton of stress to a person. I will do whatever I can to help get the charged person out of this messy part of their lives.
I grew up in Toledo, Ohio. I knew from when I was young I wanted to be an attorney. I received bachelor degrees from Miami (OH) University in 1998, graduating cum laude. I then went on to attend law school at Wake Forest University School of Law where I earned my Juris Doctor in 2001. Shortly after graduating law school, I passed the Georgia Bar and began my career.. I have been practicing law continuously since 2001. During the first 14½ years my practice was focused on representing companies and insurers in personal injury actions. My specialty was defending truck drivers, motor carriers, and their insurers. For the most part, I enjoyed the legal work but the case’s results often left me empty and unfulfilled. When I did my job well, an injured person’s recovery was limited or, in some cases, eliminated. I needed to make a change, and I did. In 2015, I transformed my practice. Instead of representing companies and insurers, I changed to filing lawsuits against them. I enjoy being part of the solution instead of one of the many obstacles standing between the injured person and their just compensation.. When I am not practicing law, I can be found in Alpharetta spending time with my wife and two kids. My weekends are spent on soccer fields and/or basketball courts. If I am not with my family, I am likely cheering on my beloved Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Cleveland Guardians.
I am an estate planning attorney who focuses my practice on helping women protect their family and their future. I am dedicated to working with each of my clients to provide them a plan that is focused on how they want to protect and care for their family. Each client has a special and unique family, therefore, I treat each client with the unique and special attention they deserve to complete their estate plan.. My specific practice areas include wills, living wills, powers of attorney for finance, advance directives for healthcare, revocable living trusts, third party special needs trusts, probate planning and nomination of guardians and conservators.. I have given presentations to both attorneys and non-attorneys on each of these areas of law. Please reach out to Atlanta Wills + Trusts Law Group at to schedule a consultation with me to discuss how I can help you and your family.
