Silverman, he has been called a pioneer in consumer protection and cost-free legal representation. Beginning in 1989, he has devoted his practice solely to consumer claims, primarily Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA) and Automobile Warranty "Lemon Law" claims.
