Born and raised in Janesville, WI, Tim received his undergraduate degree from Edgewood College in 1996. He obtained his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in 2000.. Tim chose this area of practice because he truly believes that bad things happen to good people. As a family man and business owner himself, he understands the fear that many people feel over the prospect of losing their homes, cars and other valuable assets.. It is his privilege to help people find reasonable solutions to dire financial situations. He wants to assist those individuals in the Fox Valley community who are struggling with financial problems and provide the much-needed assistance they need to begin a happier and healthier financial life.

After receiving her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, Amy earned her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School. While pursuing her law degree, she was an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review, the law school’s flagship publication. She also served as a research assistant to the dean of the law school, Joseph D. Kearney, where she conducted research on potential improvements to the Wisconsin Rules of Civil Procedure.. Prior to joining Hoff Law Offices as an attorney, Amy worked at the firm as a law clerk, assisting Attorney Daniel J. Hoff while gaining valuable experience in his practice areas. She also worked as a legal intern at the Outagamie County Corporation Counsel’s office, where she primarily researched how Wisconsin’s new statutes directly impacted the county’s daily operations.. Amy practices personal injury (car accidents, slip and fall etc.), family law (divorce, child support, child custody, paternity, spousal support), real estate, and bankruptcy.
