I'm a transactional attorney. I advise clients who are interested in forming a business or are seeking to enter into a partnership or joint venture with a family member, friend or business partner. I also represent and assist clients in commercial matters, such as those that require the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, including lease agreements, purchase sale agreements, loan and financing agreements, security agreements, promissory notes, assignments of rents and leases and, as an additional example, franchise agreements.
