Brian Davis is a shareholder in the law firm of Davis Law Group. Allan Tarleton has practiced law in Asheville since 1980.  For the last 20 years he has concentrated his practice in the fields of healthcare litigation in the state Superior Courts and workers’ compensation litigation before the North Carolina Industrial Commission and appeals before the state’s appellate courts..
