Brian is also currently working as a truck litigation consultant in a large multi-party commercial truck case in the United Kingdom. As a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, Brian has served on the Academy's Board of Governors since 1998, and he is an elected Trustee of the Academy's Political Action Committee. Being on the Academy's Editorial Board, Brian has also served as the Coordinating Editor of the publication Trial Briefs. Additionally, he serves in various capacities on several other Academy committees. Finally, as a strong proponent of Pro Bono representation, Brian has served on the Board of Governors of the North Carolina State Bar Association's Volunteer Lawyers Program since 1997. When Brian is not working, he enjoys mountain biking, dual sport motorcycle riding, snow skiing and other outdoor activities.
