Anthony (Tony) Sandberg is the owner of the Sandberg Law Firm, an Atlanta based firm with 8 attorneys focused exclusively on consumer bankruptcy. Since the firms founding in 2005 Tony and the firm have represented over 6000 clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The firm has stopped literally hundreds of home foreclosures and helped thousands of families gain a fresh start with their finances. Tony has taught courses in labor law, human resource management and contract negotiations at both the graduate and undergraduate level. He also did graduate work in educational psychology at Northern Arizona University. He also has been an adjunct faculty member at Ottawa University, Maricopa County Community College, and the Devry Graduate School of Management.. Before entering the practice of law in 1999 Tony retired from Lucent Technologies after 31 years in the telecommunications industry. Prior to founding the firm Tony worked as a public defender in South Georgia and practiced bankruptcy at Clark and Washington and King and King. The State Bar of Georgia recognized Tony for “Outstanding Public Service in providing advocacy to low income people of Georgia” from 2005-2010. Tony and his wife live in Mansfield, Georgia where they are restoring a 140-year-old farm home. They are the proud parents of Meaghan Elandsen who works at the firm, Kristine Bump who is the Human Resources Director for a printing firm in Phoenix, AZ, and Matt Sandberg who is an IT manager living in Mesa AZ. They are also the proud grandparents of five who live in Arizona.
