Attorney Safiya Byars is a native of Kingston, Jamaica. As the managing partner of the Byars Firm she oversees the Firm's immigration, family law, and estate planning practice. Prior to creating the Byars Firm Ms. Byars worked as a senior associate with law firms in Alabama and Georgia. Now with her own practice, Ms. Byars strives to provide her clients with a personable experience. Attorney Byars entered the United States as an international student to attend college where she was the first international student.
