I am a partner in the law firm of Cooper Levenson and Chair its Health Law Practice Group.  I also  serve as a member of the Tax Department and Cannabis Practice Group.  In addition to Health Care, I represent a variety of businesses in corporate, governance and transactional matters. I also provide estate planning services for my clients.   I have served three different stints as "in-house" general counsel for several New Jersey hospitals.
