Before entering private practice in Austin, Andy held senior positions in the Office of the Governor of Texas and the Office of the Attorney General of Texas after serving as counsel to a member of the Texas Senate.. Andy's 40+ year practice has focused on regulatory, legislative and corporate matters, primarily representing clients in the electric and communication industries.
