I have experience with many areas of general civil litigation, including consumer and DTPA claims, public benefits, real estate contracts, unemployment benefits, wage claims, and a host of other areas.. While at Legal Aid, I was the sole attorney assigned to Project H.I.R.E.D. - a project designed to help people remove barriers to employment.  To this end, I assisted clients in cleaning their criminal history through expunctions, nondisclosures, and juvenile sealings.  I also helped individuals obtain occuational driver's licenses and assisted in obtaining relief from surcharges through the indiency/incentive program.. Harold L. Hardy II is a graduate of Angelo State University where he received in BA in Journalism in 2000.  From there he received his Master's Degree in Legal Studies from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) before heading to law school.  Harold is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2007.
