I have been exclusively practicing family law for over two decades.  I am board certified in family law and possess the expert legal knowledge required to handle a wide variety of family law matters. My goal is to help my clients obtain favorable results while protecting their rights and interests.  I am trained in family law litigation, mediation as well as collaborative law.  My ultimate aim is to assist my clients in resolving their differences in an amicable and efficient manner,  if possible.

I am a solo practitioner based in Austin, Texas, and I was born and raised in Austin and the surrounding Hill Country area. I have a general civil litigation practice where i practice in the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, probate, wills and estates, business, oil and gas leasing and real estate law. I have previous specialized experience in municipal law and water environmental law. I served previously as a staff attorney at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in the water utilities and districts section. I have also served as an assistant city attorney for many cities in the Central Texas area. During my career, I have litigated cases before the State Office of Administrative Hearings on water and sewer rates. I also have utility experience in electric power rates at the Public Utility Commission of Texas while working for the Lower Colorado River Authority. I currently make many appearances in Travis and Williamson County District and County courts on many civil legal matters. I have tried numerous case to verdict before juries and judges in the Central Texas area. I enjoy my work in helping people out in any of their legal needs.
