After graduating magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Business, she moved to Houston to study law. Candice earned her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2010. In addition, she became Board Certified in family in 2016 by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is licensed to practice law in all state courts throughout Texas.. From 2009 to 2017, Candice worked at a premier family law firm in Houston, Texas handling complex property and custody matters. In 2017, she joined and became a partner at another family law firm in Austin specializing in family law matters.
