Shortly after that Ms. Hobbs switched directions and moved from direct patient care to medical management – specifically hospital risk management. While attending law school, and immediately after graduating, Ms. Hobbs held the position of Director of Risk Management and Legal Affairs for a local health care system. Most recently, Ms. Hobbs was the Director of Risk Prevention and Mitigation for a large Baltimore Health System.. Ms. Hobbs also has extensive experience working as an attorney representing plaintiffs in matters including medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, premises liability, and products liability.
