My general civil law practice includes real estate law, contract disputes, personal injury, family and probate law, wills and trusts, estate administration and appellate law.. I grew up on Cape Cod, where I attended Barnstable High School. From there, I obtained my bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and graduated from Boston College Law School in 1993. For the next ten years, I worked in the Cape Cod office of a Boston firm, Gargiulo/Rudnick, LLP, as an insurance defense litigator, essentially ensuring that when my clients got sued, their insurance companies, not my clients, paid the claims. I then spent eight years as a general practitioner at Ardito, Sweeney, Stusse, Robertson & Dupuy, P.C., where I learned how to successfully hand a wide variety of legal issues.. In the spring of 2012, I decided to open my own law firm. I realized that with today’s technology, there was no need for the administrative overhead inherent in larger firms.
