Specifically, Ms. McClimon truly believes that due to the emotional and complex nature of divorce and child custody that in order to be an effective and zealous advocate it is important to understand each client’s particular circumstances instead of attempting to apply a “one-size fits all” approach to resolving their case, whether it is a complex property division or managing high-conflict custody disputes dealing with significant issues; family violence, child support enforcement actions, modifications of previous orders, grandparent rights, termination and paternity issues. In addition to her zealous representation of her clients, Ms. McClimon is passionate about giving back to the community, and she is active in many local, regional, and national non-profit organizations, giving both her time and talent to further their missions. As a former educator and service member, I know how important after-death and after-injury or illness planning can be. Though we love our family dearly, we'd rather ignore talking about what the plan is if something goes wrong - we get injured, we are hospitalized, or we pass away suddenly. Because Texas law doesn't always operate the way clients anticipate, the most compassionate act we can have is to at least create a plan with a legal expert so when the time comes our loved ones are protected. Whether you need a will, trust, medical directive, or just someone to walk you and your family through what happens when someone passes, I can support you. Primarily serving the unique needs of new and young families, my practice is a relationship-based business focused on helping clients make informed decisions so they're not caught off-guard if disaster strikes. Reach out and let's see how I can help you protect and support your family.
