A little more about me.  I am a third generation Washingtonian, my mother was born and raised in Northwest Washington, D.C., and my father in Northeast Washington, D.C.  My father's parents immigrated to America from Russia, but my mother's parents were born in Southeast Washington, D.C., where my grandmother was raised.. I have three daughters, one at Elon University in North Carolina, and two who still attend the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School in Rockville, Maryland.  My wife is the Resource Counselor at Silver Creek Middel School in Kensington, Maryland.

Pels on behalf of a ather of five who was killed on the Baltminore Washington Parkway.  The lawsuiot alleges the government failed to maintain the roadway.
