A native of Northern Ireland, I have resided in the Washington DC area since February 1999.. While we work with our clients on all aspects of US immigration law, our concentration is on assisting scientists and researchers with their visa matters.. During my time in practice I have had the opportunity to offer educational Legal Seminars in conjunction with the National Postdoctoral Association (NPA) aimed at International Postdocs and Research Scientists, where we discuss temporary and permanent visa options with an emphasis on Extraordinary Ability and National Interest Waiver applications.. In 2010 I was honored to receive an invitation from the NPA to serve on their Advisory Council and currently continue to hold this position. A little more about me.  I am a third generation Washingtonian, my mother was born and raised in Northwest Washington, D.C., and my father in Northeast Washington, D.C.  My father's parents immigrated to America from Russia, but my mother's parents were born in Southeast Washington, D.C., where my grandmother was raised.. I have three daughters, one at Elon University in North Carolina, and two who still attend the Charles E. Smith Jewish Day School in Rockville, Maryland.  My wife is the Resource Counselor at Silver Creek Middel School in Kensington, Maryland.

Pels on behalf of a ather of five who was killed on the Baltminore Washington Parkway.  The lawsuiot alleges the government failed to maintain the roadway.
