Attorney Rory Driscole grew up in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and was a graduate of Freedom High School. Rory attended West Virginia University where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa honors society and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Upon graduating, Rory attended Duquesne University School of Law. While attending Duquesne, Rory participated in the Criminal Law Clinic where he was a certified intern at the Allegheny County Office of Conflict Counsel and was the law school representative for Duquesne University Student Government. During his summer breaks, Rory interned for the Honorable Judge Emil Giordano and the Northampton County Office of the Public Defender.. After graduating law school in 2012, Rory joined the Northampton County Public Defender’s Office as an Assistant Attorney. Within the Public Defender’s Office, Rory was assigned as the principal Juvenile Court attorney, as well as maintaining an adult criminal case load. Rory has since transitioned out of Juvenile Court and is now the lead attorney for the Northampton County Mental Health Court Program..
