Damian is a founding partner of Larson Latham Huettl LLP, one of North Dakota's largest law firms.  The firm's partners have several decades of legal experience to help tackle the most complex issues facing its clients.. Because of his community connections and desire for improvement, Damian is regularly called upon to serve on various community groups and boards.  Most recently, he served on the City of Mandan's Beautification Committee as its chairperson.  He also recently served on the City of Mandan's Leadership, Pride, and Image committee.  He is also the president of the Mandan Baseball Club, Inc., which funds and conducts operations for all of Mandan's youth baseball and softball from ages 7-18.  Finally, Damian also spends many hours as a volunteer youth baseball, football, and basketball coach.. Chad studied Business at the University of Mary in Bismarck and received his bachelor of arts. After graduating from college, Chad worked for an insurance company in Bismarck before attending law school. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar Association of North Dakota and is licensed to practice law in North Dakota.. Chad and his wife, Kelsey, live in Bismarck with their daughter Everett and son Oliver. He enjoys spending free time cycling and playing golf and hockey.
