I have six children, three boys and three girls.  My oldest son Sam is also a lawyer and has been practicing with my firm for five years.  I enjoy boating and golf in the summer and play hockey in the winter.  I was born in Montana and moved to Michigan and California before graduating from high school in North Dakota.  I attended the University of North Dakota for undergraduate and then Gonzaga University for law school.  I finished my education at the University of Miami receiving a master of laws in taxation.

Briana is a partner in our Bismarck office who devotes the majority of her professional time to litigation. While she has had occasion to work on many general civil litigation matters, her litigation practice today focuses primarily in the areas of medical malpractice defense, insurance defense, generally, and personal injury.
