David Baram was the Mayor of Bloomfield, CT from 1983 to 1989 and served as Chairman of the Capitol Region Council of Governments from 1987 to 1989.  He ran for State Senate in 1990.  David Baram was President of the Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce from 1996-1998.  David is currently Chairman of the Bloomfield Democratic Town Committee and also serves as Chairman of the Bloomfield Center Fire District.  Attorney Baram is  Chairman of the Board for the Jewish Federation Association of CT.
