M. Sean BreenSean Breen grew up in Idaho and is a graduate of both Idaho State University and the University of Idaho. Sean is retired from the United States Army having served our country for over 23 years. Sean is an experienced trial attorney who began his practice in 1994 after clerking at the U.S. Department of Justice, Minnesota Attorney General’s Office and the U.S. Department of Energy.Sean now primarily practices in domestic relations (or family law) but also handles general legal matters (e.g. contracts, non-compete agreements, business formation, landlord tenant, probate, employment, personal injury, workers comp, etc.). I graduated with B.A.'s in Political Science, History, and Spanish from the University of Idaho in 2004. After graduation I worked for Canyon County Prosecutor's Office as a victim witness coordinator.  In 2007, I enrolled at the University of Oregon School of Law and in 2009 graduated with my Juris Doctorate. Following law school, I returned to the Treasure Valley where I spent four years with the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.. In 2013, I began her criminal defense and family law career.. I was raised in southwestern Idaho on a dairy farm, I grew up picking rock, hauling hay, feeding calves, and milking cows.  I learned about hard work and dedication at a young age, which has carried over to my legal career. I now resides in Boise with my beautiful family who love to camp, raft, snowboard, watch and play sports. I recently retired from roller derby and now I coach a middle school volleyball team, as well as, play both co-ed and women's recreation volleyball.

David Kracke is a Partner at the Law Offices of Hardee, Piñol & Kracke, PLLC, and practices primarily in the areas of family law and criminal defense.. David is originally from Lewiston, Idaho before matriculating at the University of Idaho receiving an undergraduate degree in Psychology with an emphasis in child development. It was during this time that David found his passion in helping children and families in any way that he could. After graduating from the University of Idaho, David worked at Lewiston, Idaho Juvenile Corrections Center as a Rehabilitation Technician assisting in the rehabilitation of youths that were involved in crimes of violence or substance abuse.. David received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho Law School in 2016. While matriculating at the University of Idaho, David emphasized learning the litigation process and strategy and was the president of the mock trial team and a member of the Evidentiary Appellate Advocacy team. It was during this time that David was able to acquire a vast amount of skills needed to be an excellent litigator competing in competitions in Seattle, Washington and Brooklyn, New York.
