I was born in Padova, Italy and raised there until the age of 13. I then moved to a boarding school in the French speaking part of Switzerland until the age of 15. From 15 to 18 years of age I lived in London, UK where I finished my high school education. At the age of 18 I moved to Boston, MA, USA, to attend University. I gained a B.A. in English and American Literature from Brandeis University, a M.S. in Criminology from Northeastern University, a J.D. and a LLM in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law.. I first came to the U.S.A. on a student visa (F-1). After law school I worked under a H1B visa as an attorney and two years later I gained my Legal Permanent Status (a.k.a. Green Card). I am thus experienced in the immigration law system both on a personal and professional level. I take my client's cases to heart since I know the pressure and difficulties that new immigrants face.
