Commercial real estate development from a property in its raw state through acquisition, development, and sale comprise my primary area of practice. My practice includes acquisition, permitting, construction, leasing, financing, syndication, title and sale of real property.  It is my goal to offer my clients creative approaches for each transaction in which I provide representation.  I am a former member of the Sharon Planning Board and Sharon Zoning Board of Appeals as well as of the Dover Housing Partnership, so I understand both sides of local permitting issues, and I appear on behalf of clients before Zoning Boards, Planning Boards and Conservation Commissions.  I am currently Chairman of the Dover Zoning Board of Appeals.  My clients include developers, corporations, institutions and small businesses.  I have been a licensed multiengine commercial pilot since 1981, and I also assist clients in aircraft acquisition, financing and sale.
