Eric J. He has been active in matters relating to restructuring of the electric, gas and telecommunications industries, and increasing competition in those industries. Eric has represented clients in several matters before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and has been a speaking panelist with top industry and government officials at conferences on a variety of energy, telecommunications, and water issues.
