I also have worked in private practice as a white-collar defense attorney and in-house at a Fortune 100 corporation. My varied experience enables me to analyze whistleblower matters from multiple perspectives.. I love practicing law because it engages my mind in analyzing complex issues, my heart in understanding the hopes and fears of my clients, and my voice in advocating for justice. I am inspired by my whistleblower clients who have the courage to take action against wrongdoers.

I concentrate my practice in the areas of health care, non-profit, administrative and corporate law.. I represent teaching and community hospitals, long term care hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, community health centers, behavioral health providers, hospices and visiting nurse associations, assisted living residences and CCRCs, community-based human service organizations, private special education schools, physicians and allied health professionals in matters involving transactions (mergers, acquisitions, affiliations), corporate compliance, contracts, legislative and regulatory matters, and tax-exempt bond financing.. My practice includes writing and lectures for professional and trade organizations on topics such as compliance, non-profit governance, and transactions.

Licensed in 2003, David Wilkinson has devoted his entire career to family law and divorce matters.  David has handled countless dissolution of marriage actions, paternity cases, and domestic violence matters.  He has litigated contentious cases involving well known individuals, but he has also handled cases simply by helping clients get the correct paperwork filed.  David served the court as a temporary judge in the past, and was also a supervising attorney for 7 years for the Community Law Project run by the California Western School of Law and the University of California at San Diego.  David is a past recipient of the Judy Keep award for his service to the community.  David is a member of the California and Massachusetts bars.
