She was also a highly recruited athlete who was awarded All-State Honors in soccer for three consecutive years in High School and also competed all 4 years on Wheaton’s Women’s Varsity Soccer team (ranked top 25 nationally; 4 appearances in the NCAA Tournament). Attorney Gray has a thirst for adventure and loves any opportunity to travel. To date, her favorite place she has traveled to is Africa.

I'm originally from Worcester, and have lived in the Boston area for about 25 years. I originally considered going into software engineering, instead of law, so our office has the latest in hardware and software; for the consumer, this means better, faster and less expensive services.

I'm a dispute resolution professional with over 20 years of experience, first as an attorney then as a mediator, facilitator, trainer, consultant and coach.  My goal has always been to help people recognize their options and give them the tools they need to succeed which is why I created my company, fixerrr ().. Over the last fifteen years, I have taught mediation, negotiation, conciliation, arbitration, and facilitation skills workshops for clients such as the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Administrative Office of the Trial Court, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) and the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution (now known as the Massachusetts Office of Public Collaboration). I have designed and managed conflict resolution programs for the Massachusetts Superior Court, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, federal agencies, and private corporations including the Gillette/Procter and Gamble Severance Denial Appeal Program.. My mediation practice is informed by my experiences working in the court system and the public sector.  Since 2011, I've been a member of the Administrative Office of the Trial Court's Standing Committee on Dispute Resolution.  During my five years at the Massachusetts Office of Dispute Resolution, I facilitated intra-agency disputes, created the first federally-funded Agricultural Mediation Program in New England and partnered with the Consensus Building Institute on a multi-state initiative to quantify the benefits of alternative dispute resolution. At the American Arbitration Association, I also managed Large Complex Commercial Disputes for cases exceeding $1 million in claims.. An Adjunct Professor at Emerson College since 2012, I teach courses in Conflict and Negotiation, Persuasion and Mediation. I'm also part of the faculty at Society of GrownUps (a MassMutual Learning Initiative) where I teach salary negotiation, and of MCLE's faculty for mediation and ADR training programs.  I served as Co-Chair of MCLE's Annual ADR and the Law Conference for its first three years (2009-2011) and again in 2014.. I've authored and contributed to several articles on conflict management, employment and mediation issues in publications ranging from the ABA, the Family Mediation Quarterly, and the BBC Capital.  In 2011, 2012 and 2015, I was recognized as a New England Super Lawyer, a list published annually by Boston Magazine and Thompson-Reuters of lawyers viewed by their peers as being in the top 5% of the profession, and named in The Top Women Attorneys in Massachusetts, a special section of the April 2013 and 2016 issues of Boston Magazine.  I am also a contributing author to the book, Mediation: A Practice Guide for Mediators, Lawyers, and Other Professionals (MCLE, Nov. 2013).

I joined SUGARMAN in 2008 following receipt of my law degree from Boston University School of Law, and I became a principal in 2016. I participate in all areas of the firm's personal injury practice, but focus on medical malpractice, general negligence, premises liability, and product liability claims.  I have proudly dedicated my entire career to representing injured people.. I am active in local bar organizations and currently serve on the Board of Governors for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. I regularly participate in events and programs for law students and undergraduates, and I am currently a 1L mentor for Boston University School of Law. My writing has been published in MCLE’s Massachusetts Tort Law Manual and the MBA Massachusetts Lawyers Journal Section Review.. In addition to legal practice, I have represented clients pro bono through the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Elder Law Project and Family Law Project and I act as the captain of SUGARMAN’s annual Lawyers Have Heart team, raising funds for the American Heart Association.
