Ben has represented hundreds of clients in the trial courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusets, in cases ranging from drug possession and operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs, to armed robbery and aggravated rape. At trial, Ben has successfully obtained not guilty verdicts on a variety of charges, including reckless operation, firearm possession, and assault with intent to murder. Ben has been equally successful in getting his clients’ cases dismissed prior to trial, prevailing in dozens of motions to dismiss and motions to suppress. She is a past editor of TortSource, an ABA/TIPS publication, and also served for several years on the editorial board of the ABA/TIPS Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Law Journal.
