Rice, Circuit Court Judge, in the Family Law and Juvenile Delinquency Divisions of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, where she performed legal research and writing for the Court. Courtney Bueno is a Tampa Bay native. She attended the University of Tampa where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in History, cum laude. Courtney was President of the University of Tampa Honors Council and was involved in several other organizations including Alpha Chi Honorary Society. Prior to attending law school, Courtney was a Family Development Specialist at Camelot Community Care. In this role she worked with families who were, or who wanted to become, licensed foster parents. While there she was also certified as a M.A.P.P. trainer. Courtney lives in the Tampa Bay area with her husband Alex.
