Welcome to Avvo.  I hope this personal bio may offer you some insight as to selecting an attorney.  By way of backgroung, I have been in private practice since 1996.  I formerly worked at the Ocean county Surrogate's Office in Toms River, New Jersey as Staff Attorney and then Special Deputy Surrpogate.  I processed all application in the Superior Court part of the Court.  In private practice, I ahve stayed int he Elder Law and Estate areas of practice.  I would be happy to assit you in legal issues that you may face in the law.

Nolan, Jr., LLC, is experienced in all areas of criminal defense -- from serious indictable offenses (homicide, aggravated assault, crimes against property, drug distribution charges, etc.) handled in Superior Court, to disorderly persons offenses (simple assault, harassment, domestic violence, minor drug charges, etc.), as well as DWI/DUI related matters, driving while suspended/revoked, and all other types of traffic matters pending in the municipal courts of the State of New Jersey.  This office also practices in the defense of younger defendants charged with acts of juvenile delinquency.  Mr. Nolan is a former Assistant Ocean County Prosecutor, who now focuses his energy in the defense of the accused.

Bob received his B.A., with high honors in journalism, from Rutgers College, where he was also an Eagleton Institute Associate in the political science department. Bob received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, and his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law. He began his legal career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable William H. Huber, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, General Equity Part, of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Toms River.. Bob's proudest accomplishment is his role as the happily married husband to his beautiful wife, Jen, and father of their eight wonderful home-schooled children.
