Born in Brockton and raised in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Attorney D’Amarino attended Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School. He earned his undergraduate degree from Sacred Heart University. Attorney D’Amarino played on the men’s rugby team for all four years and served as its treasurer his senior year. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in history. In December of 2007, Attorney D’Amarino earned his Master of Arts degree in public policy from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Attorney D’Amarino served as a legislative aide to a Suffolk County New York county legislator from September 2007 till July 2011. In this position, Attorney D’Amarino directed the office’s constituent services, and personally focused on issues involving intergovernmental communications and administrative procedure and law.. In May of 2014, Attorney D’Amarino earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law Summa Cum Laude. During his time at UMass Law, Attorney D’Amarino had the pleasure to serve as the President of UMass School of Law Student Bar Association. Additionally, he had the honor of being a staff editor of the University of Massachusetts Law Review. He is the recipient of the Sarah C. Bernstein Law Scholarship for demonstrating academic excellence, an extraordinary level of service to the law school, and an overriding commitment to the Law School, the community, and his fellow students. Further, he also has the honor of being awarded the Alumni Association Award and the Student Bar Association’s Hon. Francis L. Larkin Amicus Brief Award. Attorney D’Amarino is the published author of Connecting the Dots: Forming a Uniform Voter Identification System Through Established Law, 8 U. Mass. L. Rev. 404 (2013).. Attorney D’Amarino is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering for youth sports. He has coach several teams in various age groups, and has served as Bridgewater Little League’s Umpire-in-Chief in 2002. Attorney D'Amarino currently serves as the President of the UMass School of Law Alumni Board of Directors.
