I practice in a geographical area of 8 counties in southwest Virginia and upper east Tennessee. I have tried more than 100 jury tirals and have briefed and argued appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the Courts of Appeals of Virginia and Tennessee.

I am a trial lawyer who has two law offices, one in Bristol, Tennessee and the other in Asheville, North Carolina. My practice is concentrated in personal injury and workers compensation. For the past eight years I have had more of a focus on nursing home neglect having litigated many of these type of medical malpractice matters. Through our efforts, we have obtained millions of dollars in recoveries for families whos loved ones have been neglected or abused in nursing homes and who have experienced serious injury from car crashes and workplace injury. Frankie’s original goal was to become a prosecutor as he had prosecuted cases in a clinic while in law school.
