Educating clients on their options surrounding their legal matters is an important part of my service to clients. Choosing a method to proceed is also an important discussion with clients. This includes alternative dispute resolution such as divorce mediation and collaborative law, both of which I greatly enjoy. Clients appreciate the creative solutions that come from such alternative approaches and which generally benefit both parties. I am the immediate past Chair of the Board for the Wisconsin Better Business Bureau, and continue as a board member since 2006. Tom graduated with a double major in Medieval European history and Theology from Marquette University and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School. Tom is a lifelong Wisconsin resident and graduated high school from University School of Milwaukee.. When not in the office, attorney Grieve enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, reading, and playing ice hockey.

Attorney Amy C. Scholz is a former state criminal prosecutor who primarily focuses her practice on providing the best defense to clients with criminal defense, traffic, and drunk driving matters.  Amy began her practice in Ohio where she worked for the City of Akron Prosecutors Office.  She then returned to Wisconsin where she worked as an assistant district attorney before refocusing her practice to criminal defense.  Amy is a zealous advocate for her clients.  She has successfully argued motions to the court, negotiated the reduction of felony and misdemeanor charges, and earned dismissal of charges on behalf of her clients.  Attorney Scholz is well-respected in the legal community due to her experience, knowledge, and proven record of results.
