Real estate was in my blood from birth.  My father, Bernard, is a real estate attorney and broker, and I literally grew up in the real estate office in my grandparents' home in Philadelphia. I am always happy to help people buy or sell a home, as well as to handle complex commercial transactions.  Through my homebuilding experience I have come to draft many condominium and planned community (home owners association) documents.. I love all kinds of music, and am priviledged to sing in a wonderful community choir. Music adds balance to my life.. Giving back to the community and my profession is extremely important to me. I teach continuing education courses for attorneys, real estate professionals and community association volunteers. I have been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section's governing council, serving as its secretary, treasurer and Real Property Division Chair.  I work on legislation with RPPT as well as Community Associations Institute's Legislative Action Coinmmittee.. In addition, I am moderator of an internet support group as well as being co-president of a charity.  My volunteer work keeps me in touch with reality, and helping others (in business or the community) is what keeps me contented.
